Guest Interview with Louisa Bacio

Guest Interview

Today I’m chatting with multi-published erotic romance author, Louisa Bacio. Thanks so much for joining us today, Louisa.

Can you tell us a bit about yourself, in ten sentences or less.

I like to write naughty!

Share something about yourself that isn’t widely known. <Whispers> It can be a deep, dark secret.

I’m a swag-whore! I swear I collect it and can’t seem to get rid of it! On that note, want to do a giveaway of a random collection of swag?

Love giveaways, Louisa! Let’s do that. Readers, please check for details on how to enter the swag giveaway following this interview.

What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?

Been a passenger in a car going 165 mph, on the streets. I was dating a race car driver at the time. Now, I look back and wonder WTH I was thinking.

If vampires, werewolves and things like…guinea pig shifters existed, who/what would float your boat? NB: Regular humans are also in the running.

Oh how I loved my guinea pigs and the little squeals they used to make. *sob*

In any case, hmmm … all of the above? I much more lean toward Anne Rice’s vampires than Twilight. But then again, I’m a proud owner of a Wolf Pack T-shirt. Writing-wise, lately I’ve leaned more toward werewolves. There’s that blending of the human/animal instincts. Plus, they’re warm blooded.

Your favorite place:

In warm weather, by the ocean or a pool, with a lovely cocktail, some good friends and the best book ever! Playing in the water, without any need of help or attention, would be my kids.

What type/genre of books do you read?

I’m all over the place from thrillers to classics. In romance, I tend to like contemporary, paranormal and historical. I recently went on a Courtney Milan binge read. I also buy a lot of anthologies and boxsets. They’re perfect for quick reads, which is also a reason I write short.

How did you come to write the type of books that you do?

Ah, the psychology! Both my grandmothers always read romance. I grew up on Danielle Steel and I remember sneaking my mom’s copy of The Thorn Birds.

It’s human nature to crave love, and I enjoy sharing that escape. Most have heard the joke – I have all these voices in my head, and I need to get them out!

Plus, when it comes to erotic romance, I believe sex is very much part of the reality. We can’t skip that!

What are you working on right now?

I’m working on a F/F/M ménage titled The Master Class. It’s actually book 3 in my Sex University series, and has been floating around my head for years now. I love these characters, and it’s good to give them voice.

What do you have in store for us in the near future?

On St. Patrick’s Day, I’ll be part of a multi-author boxset titled Lucky Stars. My piece “Lucky Charms” is a funny, yummy paranormal romance with more than a bit of the luck of the Irish!

Well, you’ve just made me wonder how many romance authors started off by sneakily reading their mum’s romance novels? I’m guessing…a lot. I’m with you on the Anne Rice vampires. It was actually while reading Anne Rice in my early twenties that I said to myself, “one day I want to write a book.” And I know I’ll certainly be looking out for “Lucky Charms.” Love me some yummy paranormal romance!

And now, let’s check out Louisa’s latest release, Twin Cities.

Blurb

Sure, Nate fantasized about a ménage á trois with two hot sorority sisters, but he never expected it to come true. On a business trip to Kansas City, reality becomes even better than fantasy when Desiree and Sherrie, a buxom blonde duo, get down and dirty. When the threesome get into bed, Nate discovers the ladies share a mutual lust, and not just for him—and two is not too much to handle.

Available via Amazon, ARe and other eRetailers.

Excerpt

Desiree bounced in first, throwing her tits against him. Umm, her arms around him. “Oh my God! What are the odds we’d all be here at the same time?”

Each jump resulted in playful corresponding movements. Her low-cut shirt didn’t hide an inch of cleavage.

“Just crazy,” he said. Her hair smelled like flowers, not overwhelming but noticeable.

Over her shoulder, he grinned at Sherrie and raised his eyebrows as if to ask, “Is she always this crazy?”

She returned his smile. “Good to see you, Nate.”

Desiree released her hold on him. “Oh, so sorry. I was so excited. You remember Sherrie, right?”

How could he forget? She might have been the quieter of the two, but she was an equal stunner. While Desiree didn’t hesitate to partake in bathroom blowjobs, Sherrie had hung with the sorority sisters more, and then got a long-time boyfriend. Some blowhard he didn’t remember the name of. Didn’t matter. He checked her ring finger, and it was clear. So she wasn’t married, or wasn’t wearing.

“Oh course I do.”

He hugged her for good measure, and her breasts pressed pleasurably against his chest. He told his little head to stay chill and not get all happy quite yet. Chicks may not appreciate that type of attention as soon as they walked into a guy’s hotel room.

“Come on in,” he said, ushering them inside. He’d forgotten how much they looked alike, as if it was more a figment of his imagination—true sorority sisters. Both were blondes, but while Desiree’s hair was platinum and flashy, Sherrie’s was more honey-toned.

“Look at this place!” Des said. She placed her purse on the couch and did a spin. “It’s huge. You must be doing quite well for yourself, Nate.”

“I can’t complain. It’s not bad to travel when you get to put it on your expense account.” He moved toward the bar. “Can I offer you two a drink?”

They exchanged a look and Sherrie nodded yes. “We’d love one. From this spread of goodies, I’d think you were trying to keep us in tonight…”

Her words trailed off, leaving the meaning open. She rubbed his shoulder, a sense of familiarity between them.

“Who, me?” he said. “Well, with you two beautiful ladies, would you blame a guy for trying?”
